When I heard the theme for this blog hop I immediately thought of the "Green at Heart" line from Basic Grey since it reminds me of my backyard. I even photographed the projects there, under our peony bush. Hubby gets all the credit for the garden work as I am usually inside creating with paper! The cards were so easy to make using the products shown in the second photo. Basic Grey 6 x 6 paper pads are so convenient for cardmaking. The "Pieces" journaling cards and "Bloomers" flowers make perfect accents. I actually used the Pink Mulberry flowers (SS022) on these cards to show how they coordinate with this paper also.
My prize giveaway includes an altered journal (for jotting down inspirational ideas), covered list pad (to list all those scrapbooking products you want), mini-notebook and bookmark all covered in "Green at Heart" papers. Check out http://www.memory-works.com/ for more yummy supplies.
For a chance to win this desk set, just leave a comment at the end of this post. If you sign up to follow my blog you will be entered again. Check back after Monday to see who won. Now, hop on over to Shelley's blog for more inspiration: http://www.shelleyssilverlining.blogspot.com/. Thanks for stopping by and Happy Memorial Day weekend.
