To create these candy wraps, just cut cardstock paper into strips wide enough to cover treat.
Find the center and score two lines 1/4 inch from center line. Fold each end on score lines.
Use circle punch to punch hole on one side.
Use Score Tape to attach treat. Staple the top.
Stamp a tag and staple to top.
I used the following stamps:
Cosmo Cricket: Bat, Stampin Up!: sentiment, PaperTrey Ink: pumpkin
Patterned paper is from Echo Park "Happy Halloween"
