Altered journals...
I love to buy journals and alter them with beautiful papers from
MemoryWorks theme sets.
These two journals got a makeover with Basic Grey "Curio" papers...so gorgeous and vintage-feeling.
Large flower sticker and journaling piece also from BG "Curio" line.
Green floral ribbon: Bloomers by Websters Pages
Black Tulle- from Joann Fabrics
Wrinkle ribbon from Endless Inkabilities Etsy Shop
As I mentioned earlier this week, my blog is one year old.
It started out as a love/hate thing.
I am not all that fond of technology and was so stressed out about the "how to"
but I love
to view blogs for inspiration, join in challenges, and share ideas so I thought a blog would be the best way to do that.
Today, I would like to thank a friend who introduced me to blog world.
Thanks Gina!
We met through MemoryWorks and now Gina has a couple of blogs and lots of creative endeavors!
You can check out one of her creative blogs
Gina was really helpful with suggestions when I first started my blog.
From reading her blog, I know Gina has a fondness for journals so I'll be sending her one soon as a token of thanks for her help and encouragement.
In the past year, I have connected with lots of other paper enthusiasts through this crazy little blog, and I love it!
Don't forget, you have until Friday to comment for a chance to win my birthday-blog-giveaway
(details in Monday's post).
Thanks for stopping by!
