I've been saving these beautiful Lily Bee papers, for what I don't know! This class is really inspiring me to use up my papers and mix and match from different lines. The cut-outs and chipboard are from Teresa Collins "celebrate". If you want to know how to make this cool border, you should sign up for this class (link on my sidebar).
