Distress It Challenge

This week the Heart To Heart challenge is on
distressing.
You can read about it HERE.
If you're a regular reader you know I like to distress and make things
look vintage.  I decided to use one of my favorite new CTMH stamps
"Just For You".
I love that you can make this quilted flower image in so many colors and patterns since the "petals" can be stamped individually.
Here is my distressed version...
After stamping the flower image with
Honey, Lagoon, Olive, and Sunset inks
I distressed the edges with the Chocolate Distressing Ink cube.
I like to wrinkle up the leaves too before inking.
I "smudged up" the background paper a bit too.
All supplies Close To My Heart.
Stella Paper Pack
Brown Bag Cardstock
Pewter Badge Buttons
inks mentioned above and Chocolate for the sentiment
Hope you have de-stressed kind of weekend!

Well, how lovely is this? Brown Bag is one of those colors that is nearly forgotten for me. How pretty when all put together like this!!

What cool stamps! I love that you can create your own flower from those individual petals. Totally fabulous. And such a beautiful card design, Lynn!
