12 Days of Christmas, Day 7

Kim, of Violets and Sunshine, and I are having so much
fun sharing our Christmas projects with all of you!
Don't you just love it when you find something from a dollar bin and turn it into something special using your papercrafting stash?
These little pails can be found at Target for $1.
I got the inspiration for this idea from my friend Brenda Rose.
You can check out her blog post HERE.
Here is a close up of one of the pails I made...
Close To My Heart supplies:
"Believe" patterned paper
Exclusive Ink Markers in "sky" and "sweet leaf"
Buttons: blue asst
Flakey Friends Stamp set
Perfect Fit-Holidays "warmest wishes" sentiment
Perfect Fit-Frames
These frame stamps are so versatile as you can make them elegant, cute, shabby, etc. just by changing the ink color and embellishments.
Of course, they are super easy to make because you cut the shapes out with the
Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge first, then stamp.
I used the Artiste Cartridge to cut these snowflakes too.
Since these pails, filled with Christmas candy, will be bringing a bit of holiday cheer to
some colleagues'
desk tops I am linking them up to the
Word Art Wednesday Challenge Blog:  "Anything Goes: Giving"
Check out this neat blog as they offer a
FREE uplifting scripture verse graphic each Wednesday.
Well, I hope you enjoyed seeing this "pail of holiday cheer" idea.
Please hop on over to my
clever and Kraft-y friend Kim's blog,
Violets and Sunshine
for some more cheerful inspiration
Kraft-y Heart style.
Leave a comment on both of our blogs to double your chances of winning some blog candy and CTMH stamps!

Hi Lynn! I'm so blessed that you've come to play along with us. What a treat!
I've seen these pails before at Michaels and always wanted to give them a try. Now you've inspired me to give them a try. Super cute idea that you could fill with cookies or treats, or even use as a gift container. Just darling! Thanks for sharing, and please come back soon. I appreciate the sweet "shout-out" for Word Art Wednesday. May God bless you for being a blessing to us!!!
