Kraft Journal Blog Challenge #132

This week's challenge "Layer Upon Layer" is right up my alley!  I love a challenge to layer it on! I used lots of  Kraft Outlet goodies for this "back to school" themed card. I started with a Brown Kraft Coverweight CS base with a panel of polka dot Kraft CS from the Kraft and Black Cardstock Pad. Then, I layered on Stained Grungy Tags and a Mini Kraft Merchandise Bag which holds a Blackboard Tag embellished with Jenni Bowlin Memo Quilted Stickers. I used Ticket Stub Twill Ribbon, Natural Burlap Ribbon, and Black Baker's Twine to top off the tags.  Now for a look at the Blackboard Tag inside the mini bag.

I love combining my Close To My Heart stamps and inks with my Kraft Outlet goodies!
I used the following CTMH stamp sets for this challenge:
Take Note from the ARTBOOKING Cricut Bundle
and
School Is Here
I like how the sentiments in School Is Here look like chalk-writing when stamped in our
Daisy White Pigment Ink
(which, by the way, is the perfect ink for getting that chalk look).
The sentiments look like they are written in crayon when you use colored ink.
That is a really fun, back to school stamp set.
As a teacher, I use it all year round.
Thanks for visiting and I hope you find some time to join the
"Layer It On" Challenge at The Kraft Journal blog.

Adorable! I love that chalkboard tag! How absolutely fun. And the stamps you used are perfect. They do indeed look like chalk-writing.

Love both your projects, the colors are awesome! I can see the chalkboard trend is alive and well with CTMH.
