"Fall in Love with Stamping" Wednesday

I love fall...the crisp, cool air and most of all the colors!
I have to admit that I love the way this card turned out.
This is probably my most favorite card that I've created lately.
I used a couple of fun stamping techniques on this pretty!
First, I used the paisley stamps from "Paisley Perfect" to create a background design.
I used Barn Red ink on Surf's Up paper (a summer-themed paper with a perfect fall color background color in golden tones).
I used an ombre effect on the Stamp of the Month.
I started by inking the lightest color Honey,
then I inked the middle section, by turning the stamp sideways, in Goldrush.
Lastly, I inked up only the bottom portion of the stamp in Autumn Terracotta.
I also gave them a bit of a mist in Saddle Re-Inker with a spray pen.
Love the results!
Here is a bookmark I made with the same technique.
Here is another look at that amazing Stamp of the Month.
Details on how you can get that set are on yesterday's blog post.
Tomorrow I will share how I used this stamp in an Autumn layout using unexpected colors.
As always, I really appreciate you taking the time to visit my blog!
Be blessed today!

I'm a little bit mad at you for how beautiful this stamped image is. I've been doing everything in my power to stop collecting sotm just because they're such an amazing price. This is one of the first ones I was going to be able to pass up!! Now I have a decision to make :)
