There is a new challenge blog in town!
Have you heard of the "Card Concept"?
I saw their color challenge and it was just the inspiration I needed to get inking up the
Close To My Heart "Stamp of the Month".
I made this card to link up to the challenge blog.
I decided to go "Shabby Chic" but it also reminds me of the
"Freestyle Collage" style.
What do you think?
If you are a regular reader, you know I love my KRAFT!!!!
I also used the latest PageMaps for cards for inspiration.
Once I got playing with this stamp set, color scheme and the PageMaps
sketches, I couldn't stop.
I created a whole set but I'll save some to show you later this week!
Here is a closer look at the stamp set, "Cross-Stitch Wishes" available this month
for only $5 with a $35 purchase.
Details on my website (see sidebar to shop 24/7).

It is a fun idea to have a challenge blog featuring different styles of card-making.

Love what you did with this stamp set and the colors of the challenge! It makes an adorable Valentine's card!
Oh, what a fabulous stamp set! I do love me some cross-stitch, so this set really makes me smile. Love how you used it here. The little banner anchored with the flower is so eye catching. Love the heart and buttons and little notebook paper, too!
What a sweet card. I love the cross-stitch stamps...how fun! So glad you joined us this week at The Card Concept.
Wow - this is stunning! I'm so glad that you are joining us for the first ever Card Concept Challenge and sharing your fabulous card with us! You did an awesome job incorporating the challenge colors into your design. I'm tending to think that Shabby Chic is exactly where your card falls! I love the inked edges and I love the cross stitch details! Sure hope that can play along with us again for Challenge #2 :)
