Summer's End

Today I will show you how my Surf's Up Flip Flap layout turned out.
First, let me explain "flip flaps" ... Close To My Heart has this great product that is basically a set of mini-page protectors.  You can slide photos, journaling cards, or memorabilia inside and attach them to your projects.
They come in assorted sizes. For this project I used one 8 x 12, one 4 x 12, and one 6 x 12.
They are all attached to one 12 x 12 page protector.
The view above shows the layout with all the flaps closed.
View 2, below, shows the bottom flap flipped down.

And now, view 3, with all the flaps opened.

The center layout (and the fun & sun title) were created with the new
Artbooking Cricut Cartridge from Close To My Heart.
I love that cart!!!
I explained a bit about that center layout on this post HERE.
You can get a ton of photos on basically one layout.
And it's fun to flip the pages to find more.
Summer may be about over, but thanks to scrapbooking, I'll have these memories documented forever!
Happy Labor Day weekend!
