Say What?

Just had to share my scrapbooking geekness moment...
I am currently taking the Big Picture Classes
class "Here and There Inspiration".
I had entered this "mother/daughter selfie" layout in the class gallery.
The instructors are Kelley Purkey and Amy Tangerine
(two super-creative, artistic scrapbookers whose work I have admired for a few years).

This is what they had to say about this layout:
Kelley:  "Too cute!  I love the feathers!"
Amy:  "awww, how fun.  love the feathers."
And if that wasn't enought to make my day the fabulous
Stacy Julian left this comment...
"this is awesome--colors, feathers--all of it!"

Eeeek, I about squealed with delight when I saw the e-mail with that comment from Stacy.
I think that officialy makes me a scrapbooking geek!
Proud of it too!
This paper is now gone (the Free To Be Me set) but you can still make those feathers with this cool stamp set.
Thanks for letting me share!
Isn't my daugther adorable with her red flowered glasses?

Oh, what fun! I know you enjoyed seeing those wonderful comments! What a cute page this is! I love the photo. Totally makes me smile. And the colors really are eye catching. Love the strips of paper across the top and bottom. The feathers are a touch of fun, too.
