Stamp of the Month

The December Stamp of the Month
is just delightful.
You know me and how I like my flower stamps!
For this card I actually challenged myself to use the things that were sitting on my craft table.
Hence the unusual combination of a flower and a snowflake, lol.
The flower was one I stamped in Archival Ink, then painted with our watercolors.
I tried to give it a poinsettia look for Christmas.
I had the snowflake embossed panel sitting in another pile and combined it with the
JOY stamped panel that was discarded from another card which did not get finished.
Creating with stash-busting in mind, could be my favorite way to create!
How about you?
Do you enjoy that process or do you like to plan things out first?

Okay, you are a girl after my own heart with your self imposed challenges! I love things like that, and hey, you often end up trying a new combo or trick that you never otherwise would. I love this stamped flower combined with the snowflake, and think you did a great job turning that beauty into a poinsettia! So pretty!
